[OSEN=金智延記者] 歌手Rain在美國還是可以使用他本人的英文名字 'RAIN'.
6月 21日(美國時間) 內華達州法院駁回禁止使用 RAIN 的假處分申請, 使得Rain舉辦的世界巡迴演唱會 'RAIN’S COMING'可以在 6月 30日 L.A 開唱.
以Rain註冊登記為公司的是在美國內華達州的Rain Corporation公司, 旗下還有名為Rain的樂團, 因此提出假處分申請禁止同名的Rain不能使用這個英文名字.
原本預定在上週 6月 14日(美國時間)做出判決的內華達州法院以 “法院日程和事件複雑性(the court’s calendar and the complexity of the issues)”為理由將判決延期至今.
