Rain人紅是非多又惹上官司，15日夏威夷巡演停擺竟然被宣傳公司控告詐欺；台灣Bi with Rain影友會昨天為Rain提前慶生，同時也慶祝他擺脫撞名官司。

官司吃不停 粉絲幫慶生

日前夏威夷宣傳公司Click Entertainment舉行記者會，表示他們已向法院控告Rain、美國巡演主辦單位STAR M、Revolution 及JYP經紀公司。Click認為他們以在當地開唱為名詐騙逾50萬美元的簽約金，原定15日舉行的夏威夷個唱，3天前以「撞名官司未解決」為由取消，造成該公司巨大損失。

義賣上百樣 共募12萬

雖然Rain麻煩事一堆，但粉絲們可是相當挺他。昨天下午110位Rain迷齊聚台北青少年育樂中心，為今天生日的Rain舉行慶生及愛心義賣會。粉絲們還模仿Rain在「賽柏格之戀」的可愛造型表演舞蹈，現場還分食有他肖像的大蛋糕為他慶生。

昨天慶生義賣會上商品琳瑯滿目，Q版立牌、寫真集等上百樣週邊商品競標，其中一張Rain親筆簽名CD以4300元高價得標，最後總計募得12萬元將以Rain之名捐給台東基督教醫院興建老人關懷之家。
